Refund Policy

✦ As a customer, you acknowledge and agree that we do not issue refunds after the enrollment/purchase is made. It is essential to carefully consider your purchase before completing the transaction. No refund(s)/Cancellations are allowed for the payments made for the Dolittle School ERP services provided by DoLittle Technologies.
✦ Dolittle School ERP provides non-tangible, irrevocable goods in the form of digital services and software licenses. These goods are intangible and cannot be returned or transferred once enrollment is completed.
✦ By enrolling in our services, you acknowledge that our goods are non-tangible and irrevocable, and you understand and accept our strict no-refund policy.

DoLittle Technologies reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Please review this policy periodically for any changes.

Online Payment Gateway Onboarding Policy

✦ The Payment Gateway Agreement is established directly between the "Institute/School" and the "Bank/Payment Gateway Provider". DoLittle Technologies (Dolittle School ERP) is not an intermediary in this legal arrangement.
✦ DoLittle Technologies does not retain any bank credentials or card details. Its role is strictly limited to redirecting users to the relevant Payment Gateway via API to finalize their transactions securely.
✦ In accordance with the agreed-upon terms, payments will be directly received by the "Institute/School" from the user through the Payment Gateway. Dolittle School ERP plays no intermediary role in the flow of these funds.
✦ DoLittle Technologies does not have any direct involvement or strong recommendation for any 3rd party Payment Gateway service. Institutes/Schools are requested to read all agreement copies carefully, including transaction charges and settlement periods, before signing contracts with them.
